Free access. This place is connecting and within walking distance. Its convenient. The nearest MRT is Raffles Place. I came in the late morning, not crowded. The Fullerton look beautiful at night.

Love the views from the Fullerton boathouse. An iconic building with a great view of the city skyline. Has a nice restaurant called picotin there too :)

Am quite conflicted with the review of this place. Was initially given seats at level 2 but the place was smoky as hell. It’s not cigarette smoke but smelled like someone burnt some food in the kitchen and it lasted for a couple of hours. …

A nice ambience, halal restaurant from Malayan Council. Had buffet high tea there....a gd spread of dishes....especially their desserts, lots and delicious!! Better to make reservation before going there.
